Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How soon will I receive my patch order?
A: Texas Letter Jackets can only ship to Physical Addresses (No P.O. Boxes).
All Patches will be sent loosely. All patches will be sent within 6-8 weeks. Delivery times will vary, due to a very seasonal workload.


Q: What is policy for changing my patch order?
A: Any changes or cancellations need to be within 48 hours. 
Refunds will only be issued if a manufacturing error has occurred.
Texas Letter Jackets is not responsible for patch misspellings caused by user error.


Q: What is included with your jacket?
A: The school provides the jacket, letter, and 1 activity insert in the letter. You are responsible for the cost of anything else that you may wish to have on your jacket.



Q: When do I order my patches, my name, etc., for my letter jacket?
A: You may order patches to personalize your jacket by returning the order form, with full payment, on the order day. You need to be measured and turn in your order form on that date. Patch orders received after 1 week from order day will not be sewn on your jacket.


Q: Can I order patches after the in-school order day?
A: Yes. You may order patches at any time by either returning your order and full payment to our office or by ordering online at www.myjacketpatches.com. Patch orders received after 1 week from order day will not be sewn on your jacket.
